The 24 Clozel is a commercial building located in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, consisting of:
- Four basements of 2,500 m² each,
- A ground floor with a mezzanine,
- Eight floors of 1,500 m² each.
The work included the execution of a 1.5-meter-thick raft foundation and curved post-tensioned concrete slabs, requiring advanced structural expertise. Additionally, 10,000 m² of stamped concrete was used to enhance the project's durability and aesthetics.
This project was supervised by the founder of Florcon, during his tenure at Abniah CI as a project manager. His main role was to manage and oversee the reinforced concrete works, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
