- Flying concrete staircase – A sleek and structurally sound design creating a floating effect.
- Concrete monument – A distinctive element enhancing the campus identity.
- Decorative concrete edifice at the entrance – A striking feature marking the entrance with elegance and modernity.
This project was managed and supervised by the founder of Florcon, during his employment at Hayek Engineering & Contracting as a project manager.
